SULAWESI SHRIMP

One of a series of paintings exploring light and colour. Laser cut slits in the painted surface allow coloured lines of light to contrast with the deep gloss finish of lacquered paint on aluminium. The colours and proportions are architectural spaces and often related directly to the location of the painting.
